My painting "Seven of Hearts, Metro Center," was featured in the Style section of the Washington Post July 22 in a very nice review of our group show, Art Deck-o: DC Playing Card Originals at the Touchstone Gallery.

I'm honored to have had one of my paintings chosen by juror Daniel Shay, of the National Gallery of Art, for this juried show at the Maryland Federation of Art's Circle Gallery in historic Annapolis, Maryland. The show runs from July 14 to August 7 and the opening reception is on July 24 from 3 to 6 p.m.

My work has been selected by Jayme Mclellan for inclusion in Strictly Painting 8 at the McLean Project for the Arts. Show dates: June 16 -July 30. Opening reception and juror's talk on June 16, 7-9 pm.

The original artwork for the Washington Project deck of cards will be on display at the Touchstone Gallery June 29-July 29, 2011. The gallery is located at 901 New York Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. Opening reception July 8, 6-8:30 pm.
